PUBLIC MEETING

ROLL CALL: Linda Baker, Gale Owens, Angela Glass, Jasun Blocher, and Joey

McNeal were present. Chad Miner was absent.

NEW BUSINESS:

This was an informational meeting called by Jasun Blocher to

settle the dispute of plastic or concrete pipes for the Storm Water

Project. There was also discussion about which contractor to use.

Joe Tierney and Jessica from GRW talked about their concerns on the

plastic piping. It was determined that INDOT approved plastic will

be used.

Linda Baker was given authority to sign the contract upon release of

funds with the lowest bidder on plastic. Gale Owens made the motion

to accept. Linda Baker seconded. Motion carried.

A pre-construction meeting will be held with construction to begin

approximately 150 days later.
