Registration will be held at the Silver Lake Town Hall 604 N. Jefferson St. on the following dates:
PLEASE HAVE COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORMS, REGISTRATION FEE, AND A COPY OF EACH CHILDS BIRTH CERTIFICATE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 28TH.

KABS(KOSCIUSKO AREA BUS SERVICES) would like to make citizens aware of their services available here in Silver Lake. If you need transportation to and from appointments, shopping, dining, and etc. call 1-866-953-4490 to schedule your ride.
KABS operates from 5:30am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday
Office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Fare and Fee Schedule as follows:
24 hour notice
0-10 miles..............$1.00
11-25 miles.............$2.00
26+miles................$3.00
Same Day Fee: Add $4.00 to the appropriate fare if you are calling for a ride the same day.
No Show Fee: There will be a $4.00 fee for no-shows or rides not appropriately canceled at least an hour in advance.
Out of County Fee: Add $10.00 fee for any pick-ups or drop-offs outside of Kosciusko County.

Please Note: KABS will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day!!!
All testing sessions will be at the Silver Lake Town Meeting Hall located @ 604 N. Jefferson St. dates of testing are as follows:
Febuary 4th,11th,18th,and25th.,and March 4th,11th,18th and 25th tests will be taken at 2:00 p.m. Anyone seeking temporary or permanent employment should attend. For more information please call 260-352-2120.You must register with the United states Census Bureau @ 1-866-861-2010 and make an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: The board of Director's of the Lakeview Cemetery in Silver Lake reminds patrons that all faded grave decorations need to be removed by March 15, 2010. Any decorations remaining after that date will be disguarded. In addition, items that are not in compliance with cemetary regulations will be removed as well. New decorations may be placed after April 4, 2010
