NOTICES

As a courtesy we are asking that while mowing/weeding your property you prevent the cut vegetation from entering our roadways. This type of debris enters our storm water system causing obstructions that prevent proper water flow, therefore flooding basements and crawl spaces for our residents.
It is understood that sometimes blowing grass is not preventable but we do ask that you take proper measures in cleaning large quantities. We currently do not have an ordianance in place at this time. However the Town Council will set forth one if this continues to be an issue. Once this occurs it will be enforced carried out by fines for each violation. The Marshal, Street, and Utility Department's main purpose is to have our town run efficiently as possible. You will be aiding us in this by your cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions feel free to contact the Marshal's office at 260-352-3333 or the Street/Utility
Office at 260-352-2035. Thank you!!!
