FARM BIDS
APRIL 26, 2010
SILVER LAKE TOWN HALL
7:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL:
All Council Members were present as was the Clerk-Treasurer
PURPOSE:
Two Bids were received for the farming of eight acres behind the Silver Lake Fire Department. Both bids were presented correctly and timely. The first bid was from Scott Sands for $120.00 per acre. The second bid was from Robbie Clark for $1.00. After some discussion from the Council, it was decided that the bid would go to Robbie Clark. Robbie puts in a lot of volunteer hours for the town and he has been the one that has farmed it for the last few years.
